In addition, the MS Schmittenhöhe hosts many events, including evening cruises with live dance music and their Grill’n’Chill, with finest finger foods prepared right on the grill.

Mountain Biking in Zell am See-Kaprun
Discover nature during a leisurely bicycle tour around the Zeller See. If you prefer something more energetic and a solid workout, you might wish to take a ride along the Tauern Bike Path from Krimml to Zell am See. For mountain bikers who are also in search of a certain degree of nerve-tingling excitement, the region awaits with a full range of terrain. And you can even rent bicycles right here at our campground!
Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course
The region’s two golf courses are an absolute Eldorado for golfers. On each of these two 18-hole courses, you can swing your clubs surrounded by magical scenery. On the “Schmittenhöhe” course, you can look forward to a challenging round with lots of water- and sand hazards, while the “Kitzsteinhorn” course, for its part, presents you with some challenging ups and downs.

Once you have your fishing license, you can fish from the shore or out on a boat. Permits can be purchased at the following locations.
In Zell am See-Kaprun, you will discover many hiking routes, including to the top of the Schmittenhöhe, the Kitzsteinhorn, or to the mountain reservoirs and hydroelectric plants outside Kaprun.

There are a number of lakeside beaches along the shores of the Zeller See. The Erlberg swimming beach and recreation area is just 500 m from Panorama Camp Zell am See. An excellent alternative for whenever the weather is not so nice is the indoor pool in Zell am See or the TAUERN SPA Zell am See Kaprun.
In the part of town known as Schüttdorf, you will find perfectly maintained in- and outdoor tennis courts.
